Safe is a strong word and usually associated with soundness and comfort, but how do you create a safe environment especially at work, when is the time that one can say that a situation is considered not safe?
If one is in the safe zone it drives away fear and encourages cooperation also teamwork, it removes insecurity and promotes productivity, it veers away from the big obstacle that we all call competition, yes it may sound absurd, but I think competition ruin people's dreams and aspirations, competition more often that not inhibits development, potential and growth. When people compete it creates glory which is a fine word per se, but when people seek and hang on to its idea, it becomes viral.
